Minigrip Consumer Products is located in Seguin (San Antonio), Texas with two manufacturing plants and company headquarters that has operated for twenty years. Minigrip originated in Orangeburg, NY where it manufactured the first reclosable zipper bag in 1959. Minigrip owns the trademark for putting color in food storage bags, and consumers worldwide have come to “Follow the Color Line to Quality™”.

In 1984 Minigrip was purchased by ITW, a global Fortune 200 company with more than 800 businesses in over 50 countries worldwide.
